By submitting an enrollment application through the CristAI Academy Programs page, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Enrollment. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit an application.
Programs are open to applicants who meet the prerequisites listed on each program's detail page. Meeting the stated prerequisites does not guarantee admission — all applications are reviewed individually by our admissions team.
Enrollment follows a three-step process:
Programs may have a defined enrollment window. Applications submitted outside that window will not be accepted, and the "Enroll Now" option will be unavailable — you may instead sign up to be notified when enrollment opens.
Some programs are offered free of charge; others carry a program fee, shown on the program's detail page. Where a fee applies, you will be asked to explicitly confirm the amount before submitting your application. Confirming this checkbox is an acknowledgment of the fee, not a payment authorization — payment instructions and methods will be provided separately once your application is verified and reviewed.
You may withdraw your application at any time prior to admission by contacting us directly. Refund eligibility for paid programs, once a cohort has begun, is determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated at the time of admission.
Applicants and enrolled participants are expected to engage respectfully with instructors, staff, and fellow participants, and to represent the information provided in their application accurately and honestly.
All program materials, including curricula, modules, and related content, remain the intellectual property of CristAI Academy or its instructors and may not be redistributed without permission.
CristAI Academy makes reasonable efforts to ensure program information is accurate at the time of publication but does not guarantee outcomes, career results, or uninterrupted program availability.
We may update these Terms of Enrollment from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the enrollment process after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
