When you submit an enrollment application, we collect the details you provide on the form, including: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, address, education level, field of specialization, current institution, research experience, and your motivation statement. If you sign up for "notify me" updates on a program that isn't yet open for enrollment, we collect only your email address. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message so we can reply to you.
After submitting an application, we send a one-time verification email containing a secure link. Clicking this link confirms your email address and forwards your application for admissions review. If we don't receive a response, we may send at most one reminder no sooner than 24 hours after the original request, to avoid unnecessary repeated emails.
We do not sell your personal information. Application and waitlist data is stored on our own systems and accessed only by authorized CristAI Academy staff for admissions and program-planning purposes.
We retain application data for as long as needed to process your enrollment and maintain reasonable administrative records. Applications that are never verified may be periodically removed from our systems as part of routine data hygiene.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you've submitted to us by contacting our admissions team directly.
Our Programs page uses a small number of browser cookies and local storage entries for functional purposes only — for example, remembering your light/dark theme preference, and limiting repeat enrollment or contact-form submissions from the same browser to reduce spam. These do not track you across other websites.
